Who we are

Websites

Setup fee: covers building your site from the facts you approve (your Google listing, reviews, photos you send) and putting it live on your domain. It's paid before the site goes live.

Care plan (monthly): hosting, domain renewal, security certificate, up to 30 minutes of changes a month, seasonal updates and a short monthly report. It starts on the day your site goes live and renews monthly until cancelled.

Your domain and content are yours. The domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we move the domain to you and give you a copy of your site files.

Preview: a free preview is a sample. You owe nothing for a preview you don't buy, and we take it down if you don't go ahead.

AI services

AI front desk and consulting work are quoted per client in writing (a quote, invoice or agreement) before any charge.

Our AI agents say they're automated, hand off to a person when asked, and use only the prices and facts you approve. You're responsible for approving that information and keeping it current with us.

AI can make mistakes. We check its work and fix problems we find, but we don't guarantee any number of calls, jobs or revenue.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe by bank account (ACH) or card. Monthly plans are charged automatically on the same day each month. Stripe emails a receipt each time.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you a link to update your payment method. Services can be paused after 14 days unpaid.

Prices don't include sales tax. If tax ever applies, it will be shown before you pay.

Cancelling

Month-to-month plans: cancel any time after your first 3 months with 30 days' notice by email or text. No cancellation fee.

If you agreed to a 12-month term in exchange for a lower or waived setup fee, the term is stated on your quote or invoice.

Setup fees aren't refundable once the site or system is live. Monthly fees aren't prorated for partial months.

Liability

We're responsible for doing the work with care. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change affects you. These terms are governed by New York law.
